PBY tail 
 
 foot pegs, fillit to the horizontal stabilizer  and access panels match to 
PBY ,   as does the US Navy logo location ( for the time period )
 Lorena Craig is cowler under civil service at the Naval Air Base, 
  Corpus Christi, Texas
